The “first AI quantitative trading stock” has finally been successfully listed.
The application for listing submitted on February 28, 2025, has been approved, and KODDPA (stock code: KDPA) will officially debut on NASDAQ on March 1. The opening day is expected to attract significant attention as one of the strongest AI tech stocks.
In this IPO, KODDPA will issue 310 million ADS (American Depositary Shares) at an issuance price of $10 per ADS, raising a total of $3.1 billion. The underwriters include BlackRock Group, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, KODDPA, Banco de Crédito e Inversiones (BCI), and Banco de Chile.
